Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

Vakeel360 is a digital Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform operated by Clickjoymedia (Proprietorship). The service provides legal professionals with case tracking, court data synchronisation, law conversion tools, and AI-powered summaries — delivered entirely online with instant access upon subscription. As a digital service with immediate activation, all payments are non-refundable.

2. No Refund Policy

By subscribing to any paid plan on Vakeel360, you acknowledge and agree that:

• All subscription payments are final and non-refundable, whether for monthly or yearly billing cycles.
• No refunds will be issued for partial use, dissatisfaction, unused days remaining in a billing cycle, or failure to use the service during the subscription period.
• No refunds will be issued for renewal charges. It is your responsibility to cancel before the next billing cycle if you do not wish to continue.
• No pro-rated refunds or credits will be issued for downgrades or cancellations mid-cycle.

We strongly recommend using the Free plan to evaluate the platform before committing to a paid subscription. The Free plan is available indefinitely at no cost and requires no payment information.

3. Subscription Plans

Vakeel360 offers the following plans:

• Free — No payment required, limited features
• Starter — ₹249 per month
• Pro — ₹499 per month
• Enterprise — ₹999 per month

4. Billing & Auto-Renewal

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. By subscribing, you authorise Razorpay to charge your saved payment method at the start of each new billing cycle.

5. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:

• Your access to paid features continues until the end of the current billing period.
• After the billing period ends, your account reverts to the Free plan.
• No refunds are issued for remaining days in the billing cycle.
• Your saved dockets, notes, and data are retained on the Free plan (subject to Free plan limits).

How to Cancel

1. Log in to your Vakeel360 account.
2. Go to Settings → Subscription.
3. Click "Cancel Subscription".
4. Confirm your cancellation. You will receive a confirmation email.

Cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date to avoid being charged for the next cycle.

6. Plan Downgrades

You may downgrade to a lower-tier plan at any time. The current plan remains active until the end of the billing period. The downgraded plan takes effect at the start of the next billing cycle. No refunds, credits, or pro-rated adjustments are issued for the price difference.

7. Billing Errors & Exceptions

While we maintain a strict no-refund policy, the following billing errors will be corrected:

• Duplicate or double charges: If you are charged more than once for the same billing period due to a payment processing error, the duplicate amount will be reversed.
• Incorrect plan charges: If you are charged for a plan different from the one you selected, the difference will be corrected.
• Extended service outage: If a verified technical issue on our end prevents access for more than 72 consecutive hours, we may extend your subscription period at our discretion.

To report a billing error, email us at support@vakeel360.com with your transaction ID and a description of the issue. We will respond within 2 business days.

8. Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Filing a chargeback without prior contact may result in immediate account suspension and loss of access to all saved data. We are committed to resolving billing disputes promptly.
