Vakeel360 is a digital Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform operated by Clickjoymedia (Proprietorship). The service provides legal professionals with case tracking, court data synchronisation, law conversion tools, and AI-powered summaries — delivered entirely online with instant access upon subscription. As a digital service with immediate activation, all payments are non-refundable.
By subscribing to any paid plan on Vakeel360, you acknowledge and agree that:
We strongly recommend using the Free plan to evaluate the platform before committing to a paid subscription. The Free plan is available indefinitely at no cost and requires no payment information.

Yearly billing is available at a discounted rate (2 months free). Full details are on our Pricing page.
All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. By subscribing, you authorise Razorpay to charge your saved payment method at the start of each new billing cycle.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:
Cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date to avoid being charged for the next cycle.
You may downgrade to a lower-tier plan at any time. The current plan remains active until the end of the billing period. The downgraded plan takes effect at the start of the next billing cycle. No refunds, credits, or pro-rated adjustments are issued for the price difference.
While we maintain a strict no-refund policy, the following billing errors will be corrected:
To report a billing error, email us at support@vakeel360.com with your transaction ID and a description of the issue. We will respond within 2 business days.
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Filing a chargeback without prior contact may result in immediate account suspension and loss of access to all saved data. We are committed to resolving billing disputes promptly.
